Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of LeBlanc Cleaning LLC ("LeBlanc Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LeBlanc Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley, Arizona. Our services include recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and commercial cleaning.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on your home's square footage, cleaning frequency, and selected tier of service. The initial cleaning is priced based on your home's current condition and is quoted when you call.

Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Recurring clients have priority scheduling. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling based on team availability, weather, and operational needs with advance notice.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge. The re-clean must be reported within 24 hours of the original cleaning.

6. Access & Security

You agree to provide safe access to your home on scheduled cleaning days. All team members are background-checked, insured, and bonded. We maintain strict protocols for handling keys, codes, and access information.

7. Liability

LeBlanc Cleaning maintains comprehensive liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage during a cleaning service, notify us within 48 hours. We will assess the damage and file a claim with our insurance provider as appropriate.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile or valuable prior to cleaning.

8. SMS/Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from LeBlanc Cleaning LLC regarding:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service updates and notifications
• Follow-up messages after cleanings
• Promotional offers and seasonal specials

Message Frequency

You may receive approximately 2–8 text messages per month, depending on your service schedule and communication preferences.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected] or (833) 425-3261.

Consent

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to our SMS program to use our cleaning services. Your mobile phone number and consent data will NOT be shared with or sold to any third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

Age Requirement

Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate recurring services with 7 days' written notice. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if safety concerns arise or terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
