What determines my price?
Your price is based on three factors: your home's square footage, how often we clean (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and which tier of service you choose. Larger homes and less frequent cleanings cost more per visit.
What does quality house cleaning really cost?
Most East Valley homeowners who want a consistently clean home invest $300–$400 per month for bi-weekly service. That covers a typical home with a dedicated, consistent team — and frees up hours of your time every month. Smaller homes or higher frequencies will vary. Use the pricing table above to see exact rates for your situation.
Why is the initial cleaning priced separately?
Your first cleaning is quoted based on your home's current condition. A well-maintained home needs less time; a home with more buildup requires more. We discuss this when you call so there are no surprises. Your recurring rate kicks in with the second visit.
Can I change my tier or frequency later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your frequency at any time. Just give us a call or send a message and we'll adjust your next cleaning.
Do you offer pricing for larger homes?
Yes. Our pricing scales up to 10,000 sq ft with lower per-square-foot rates at larger sizes. Use the calculator above to see your exact price. For homes larger than 10,000 sq ft or unique commercial situations, contact us for a custom quote.
