1. Service Agreement:

1.1 By booking our cleaning services, you agree to enter into a service agreement with LeBlanc Cleaning.

1.2 The services will be provided as described on our website or as agreed upon during the booking process.

1.3 The client is responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding the premises to be cleaned.

2. Booking and Cancellation:

2.1 Bookings can be made through our website, over the phone, or via email.

2.2 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment:

3.1 Payment for our cleaning services is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.2 We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.

3.3 In the event of non-payment, LeBlanc Cleaning reserves the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.

3.4 All credit cards are put on hold the business day prior to cleaning to verify funds are available. Your credit card is charged AFTER service is complete. Funds put on hold are often mistaken as a charge. It is not a charge, but a notice to your credit card company that we are reserving your service amount until released from hold or charged for service.

4. Liability:

4.1 LeBlanc Cleaning will take all reasonable care when providing cleaning services, but we are not liable for any damage or loss that is not a direct result of our negligence.

4.2 Clients are advised to secure or remove valuable items prior to our cleaning services.

5. Access to Premises:

5.1 The client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time.

5.2 In the event that access is not possible, a cancellation fee may be applied.

6. Complaints:

6.1 Any complaints regarding our services must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment.

6.2 LeBlanc Cleaning will investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and fair manner.

7. Changes to Terms:

7.1 LeBlanc Cleaning reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

7.2 Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
