**How much does house cleaning cost?**
Our pricing is based on your home's square footage, cleaning frequency, and the tier of service you choose. **What does quality house cleaning cost per month?**
Most East Valley homeowners invest $300–$400 per month for bi-weekly service. That covers a typical home with a consistent, trusted team and gives you back hours every month. Use our pricing calculator to see exact rates for your home size and frequency.

**Do you charge extra for the initial cleaning?**
Yes. Your first cleaning is quoted separately based on your home's current condition. Homes that are well-maintained need less time; homes with more buildup require more time and are priced accordingly. Your recurring rate applies starting with the second visit.

**What payment methods do you accept?**
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. Payment is processed after each cleaning is completed.

**Are there any hidden fees?**

**Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning?**
Yes. We provide thorough move-in and move-out cleaning services, including inside cabinets, appliances, and detailed work to ensure the home is spotless for the next occupant or for your arrival.

**Can I customize what gets cleaned?**
Absolutely. While each tier has a standard checklist, we can customize your cleaning to focus on the areas that matter most to you. Add-on services like interior windows, oven cleaning, and inside refrigerator are available for any tier.

**What kinds of commercial spaces do you clean?**
We clean commercial offices and warehouses throughout the East Valley. Commercial service requires a minimum space of 1,000 square feet and a 12-month service commitment.

### Pets & Home Access

**Are you comfortable working in homes with pets?**
We love pets! Our teams are comfortable cleaning in homes with dogs, cats, and other animals.

**Do I need to do anything with my pets before cleaning?**
No, you don't need to do anything with your pets before we arrive — as long as the pet is not a danger to our technicians. If your pet could pose a safety risk, please secure them during the cleaning and let us know when you book.

### What's Not Included

**Are there things your team does not clean?**
There are a few categories of work we don't handle directly:
- Biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, or similar) — we refer these to specialized remediation services.
- Exterior windows above two stories — we clean exterior windows up to two stories using a water-fed pole system, but anything above that requires a specialist.
- Hoarding situations — we need access to surfaces to clean effectively, so we refer clients to a professional organizer first, then return to provide cleaning once access is available.
- Pest infestations — these must be resolved by a licensed pest control service before we can clean.

### Booking & Scheduling

**How do I book a cleaning?**
You can request a quote through our website contact form, call us at (833) 425-3261, or email info@leblanccleaning.com. We will discuss your needs and schedule your first cleaning.

**How far in advance do I need to book?**
We recommend booking at least one week in advance for new clients. Recurring clients have their regular time slots reserved. For move-in/move-out cleanings, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks ahead.

**Do you charge a travel fee for Queen Creek or San Tan Valley?**
No. We do not add a surcharge for Queen Creek or San Tan Valley — pricing is the same across our full service area of Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley.

**What are your hours of operation?**
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Cleaning appointments are scheduled within these hours.

**What is your cancellation policy?**
We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

**Do I need to be home during the cleaning?**
No. Many of our clients provide a key, garage code, or smart lock access. Our team is fully insured, bonded, and background-checked, so you can feel secure even when you're away.
